1: Wally reported he is still talking to John Hayward on ride dates.

TREASURER’S REPORT:

GENERAL BUSINESS:
1:Subs are due please pay now.
2:AGM proposed 16 Feb.at Walker’s house.
3:Barbeque proposed for prize giving Sat.19 Feb at Couchman’s house.
4:It was moved that John have authority to purchase up to $250 on supplies.
5:Thank you to Roger and Margaret for donating a trophy this year.
6:Good luck to all competitors in the Ruapehu Classic on Sat.12 Feb.
