Meeting Commenced 7.40 pm

PRESENT: Christina Macintyre, Eddie Boyd, Graeme Barrett, Maurice Heappey, Shane Christie, Wally Van der Aa, John Walker, Gina Geros.

TREASURER’S REPORT:

1:Agreed to reimburse Graeme for Choc. Fish.

GENERAL BUSINESS:
1:Graeme suggested we try our monthly meetings at TTSF Old Dr Liaw Rooms for now. All in favour.
2:Christina tabled a list of rules for 2011 Club Races. Discussed/modified/all in favour.
3:Wally suggested a trial organized ride around old Tour de Trout course. He will report back.
4:Central Plateau Cycles since Reece gives 15% discount to members he will be included in sponsors page. All in favour. Reason is he pays already through discount.
5:Junior Triathlon is at 9am Sat 16th March at Genesis Aquatic Centre.
6:Wally agreed to sponsor trophies and engraving. Thank you.
7:Christina to get quotes for club shirts or shorts next meeting.
