King of the Mountain

1st year for King of the Mountain - 16th of January

This will be a a club race from the bottom of the saddle finishing at Lake Rotopanmu parking lot. It will be a handicap race with the winner not being announced until the club BBQ in February

Annual General Meeting

AGM - Wednesday February 16th, 7:30pm - Meeting place to be announced after January meeting

1. Reimbursements for rides

if you are unable to attend the evening and will miss voting send them prior one vote per member per position.  
if you are interested in one of these positions let Christina know and she will record your name against that position. 
(below are brief descriptions, please see Graeme for official job descriptions)
 
Chairperson - chairs meetings consistently, aids with club direction 
Captain - support person for club members, motivator, team player, attends rides, supports other club members with cycling activities, races etc - verbal or otherwise.
Secretary - records club activities successfully, records meeting minutes and presents them at each meeting, corresponds with external request i.e support letters etc
Treasurer - looks after the dosh!
 
Media - Wally continues to act in this position for 2011
Web / Club Calendar -  Christina continues to act in this position for 2011
